Exciting playground equipment is a great way to compliment any outdoor theme park. Whether you run the worlds largest Maize Maze or a small theme park we can help you create a memorable playground experience.
Play equipment allows kids to be kids and burn off some energy, it’s a great way to add value to your venue. Guests are more likely to make a return visit or recommend your venue to friends and family if the kids have a fantastic time.
We even provide bespoke wooden shelters and buildings. Ideal for use as ticket offices and shelters from the British weather. All of our products and designed and manufactured in the Uk at our workshops in Chesterfield, near the peak district. We service the whole of the UK and have our own installation teams ensuring quality workmanship.

Outdoor Playground Equipment
Peak Playgrounds have designed playgrounds for outdoor venues throughout the UK. Our aim is to provide as much play value as possible within your budget.
Our play equipment combines the best of imaginative and physical challenges to provide activities for children. They are ideal for areas next to cafes, ice cream stands or just purpose built for play. You can customise each item with rock walls, cargo nets, easy access stairs and slides for fast escapes. We also provide sensory and musical play experiences with our range or springers, outdoor musical instruments and educational play panels.
What age groups is your equipment suitable for?
Our playground equipment is suitable for use by children at nursery age up to age 14. We can design play areas for specific age groups and include seating for parents or supervisors within the same area. We can recommend equipment that is suitable for a particular age group or install a mixture of equipment grouped into areas depending on their difficulty.
I’ve seen something I like elsewhere, can you provide it for us?
If you have seen something you like from another provider let us know and we will try and source it for you. As an independent play equipment provider we can order products from a selection of other manufacturers. Some of our equipment like our roundabouts are supplied by big names in the industry allowing us to create your ideal play space.
Do you provide landscaping?
No playground would be complete without safety surfacing and landscaping. Peak Playgrounds can install a variety of safety surfaces to brighten up your playground including coloured wetpour, bonded rubber mulch, playground markings and graphics. We also provide high quality fencing, benches, bins and all of the other finishing touches to complete your design.
Outdoor Shelters and Buildings
Our outdoor buildings, pavilions and shelters are available with a variety of option including roll-down canvas windows, glass panels, benches, whiteboards, trellis panels, roof tiles, ramps and more. All weather and multipurpose, tell us how you intend to use your new outdoor shelter and we’ll taylor the design to your needs.
The fully enclosed models can be used all year round and can be fitted with amphitheatre seating, benches, desks, blackboards and whiteboards. Our partially enclosed option can be fitted with roll-down canvas windows and doors to provide shelter from the rain. We can make square, rectangular, octagonal and modular shelters depending on your needs.
Will I need planning permission for an outdoor classroom?
A typical outdoor classroom falls below 30m2 falling under the requirements of building regulations. Approval is not required in a majority of cases. We can also provide shelters over 30m2 for when larger classrooms spaces are required.
