Adventure fitness trails or trim trails are a great way to get the kids active. They make a great addition to school playing fields and can include a range of activities that help develop balance, hand-eye coordination and physical strength. The difficulty level of fitness trail equipment can be tailored to different age groups. We recommend that fitness/activity trails for younger children consist of balancing and coordination activities. Juniors (KS2 & KS3) will get more enjoyment from physical challenges like our A Frame Cargo nets and climbers.

For the ultimate challenge, we recommend combining fitness equipment like a pull up station or monkey bars with balance beams and log crossings. Activity trails can be arranged so children can step directly from one item to another or connected with stepping stones. All of our products are manufactured at our workshops in Chesterfield by skilled local craftsmen. Our wooden fitness trail equipment is made from tanalised (treated) round post timber for a natural feel.

Every product is pre-assembled and inspected before it leaves the workshop ensuring a smooth installation process on site.
