Peak Playgrounds is one of the leading manufacturers of outdoor play equipment. Our extensive range includes both timber and metal options suitable for nursery, KS1, KS2 and KS3 children (up to age 14).

The company was founded in 2013 by Ricky Wood, a playground equipment expert with over a decade of experience in the manufacture and design of playground equipment. All equipment is manufactured in Chesterfield, a stone’s throw away from the peak District in the UK. We also have our own install teams to ensure quality of workmanship from start to finish.

Peak Playgrounds wooden products are made from FSC certified Grade 4 Tanalised Timber allowing us to offer a 10 year guarantee against wood rot and a 1 year guarantee on workmanship. We also manufacture a range of playground equipment made from 100% recycled plastic and can install safety surfacing made from 100% recycled rubber.

We have worked with schools, nurseries, holiday parks, local councils and parks in the past and everything is made to order. If you have bespoke requirements we can customise your new play equipment to suit your needs.
