Like our play tower range our range of adventure fitness trails (trim trails) can now be made from 100% recycled plastic. Recycled plastic does not rot, rust or splinter and is an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional wooden playground equipment and metal options.

Our recycled plastic products do not fade in sunlight and are also 100% recyclable at the end of their usable lifespan. They last on average 5 times longer than wooden equipment and are much harder to vandalise. We have installed plastic play products in a number of locations including school playgrounds, nurseries and public spaces like parks and cafes.

Adventure fitness trails or trim trails are a great way to get the kids active. They make a great addition to school playing fields and can include a range of activities that help develop balance, hand-eye coordination and physical strength. We can also include activity trails as part of a complete playground scheme providing extra activities without exceeding your budget.

The difficulty level of fitness trail equipment can be tailored to different age groups. We recommend that fitness/activity trails for younger children consist of balancing and coordination activities. Juniors (KS2 & KS3) will get more enjoyment from physical challenges like our A Frame Cargo nets and climbers.

For the ultimate challenge, we recommend combining fitness equipment like a pull up station or monkey bars with balance beams and log crossings. Activity trails can be arranged so children can step directly from one item to another or connected with stepping stones. They can also be stand-alone or spaced out evenly around a park or school field.
